My Restless Mind
It's kind of hard being a Gemini! When there are 2 separate personalities living inside you, it's kind of hard to know which one to listen to (no, there is not a Sybil situation going on here!) Let me explain a little bit:
I am super duper creative. This is something that I know. I have so many ideas and plans running around in my head and on many, many notebooks, computer files, post it notes, notes section of my iPhone.... that I don't know what to do with myself! I try to wrangle them all in and concentrate on one thing at a time, but that other twin is always sneaking up and throwing something else in there!
My question is: How do you prioritize and organize?

Because all of my Christmas shopping was done, on Christmas eve, my daughter and I decided to go do some thrifting. Here are a few of the pieces I found. There was more, but I had to leave it behind. I plan on doing some major makeovers! Stay tuned.....
The picture below brought back so many memories. My grandmother use to have a sewing machine like these. She would make EVERYTHING on it! Clothes, curtains (for home and the church), slip covers, etc. You name it, she made it. Seeing these in the thrift store just made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I try not to show emotion that often, but seeing these made your girl turn into a punk for 3.5 milliseconds. LOL!

Home Inspiration
Anyone that knows me will tell you that home decor is was not my thing. As of recently I have been bitten by the bug something serious. I'm getting ready to do a major over haul on my apartment sans the painting because I'm not painting anything back to it original color when I move in the next few months (God willing).
